Code of Professional Conduct

Beyond the obligations arising from any legislative, regulatory and contractual provisions, CRCD is committed to maintaining a high level of integrity and probity in managing its affairs both to further protect the interests of its shareholders and to incorporate CRCD’s values and desired behaviours into its decisions.

For this purpose, CRCD has adopted a Code of Professional Conduct (French only) that sets out our values and applies to all officers, directors and committee members, as well as to all employees of our manager. These values reflect the special nature of our mission while remaining aligned with the values of Desjardins Group.

Protection of personal information

Respect for privacy and the protection of personal information are key concerns for CRCD. In keeping with applicable legislation, our manager has adopted a policy that sets out principles and guidelines governing the collection, handling, use, disclosure, retention and destruction of the personal information it holds. At CRCD, we and our manager take all appropriate measures to maintain the confidentiality of the information we hold. Personal information will never be sold to third parties, nor will it be disclosed without consent, unless required.
