Changes in share price
To evaluate shareholder return, the tax credit, which reduces the cost of acquiring shares, must be factored in. For information purposes, at a price of $13.26 effective February 16, 2017, shareholders who invested seven years earlier would obtain an annual after-tax return of more than 12.4%, taking into account the 50% income tax credit as per the rate applicable on February 16, 2010.
Compounded return of the share as at December 31, 2016
The compounded return is calculated based on the annualized change in the price of the share over each of the periods shown.
The return rate are used only to illustrate the effects of the compound growth rate and are not intended to reflect future values of the investment fund or returns on investment in the investment fund.
There are ongoing fees and expenses associated with owning shares of an investment fund. CRCD must prepare disclosure documents that contain key information about the fund. You can find more detailed information about the fund in these documents. The indicated rates of return are the historical annual compounded total returns including changes in share value and reinvestment of all dividends or distributions if applicable and do not take into account any redemption or optional charges if applicable or income taxes payable by any securityholder that would have reduced returns.
