Access your documents online
Did you know that your tax slips and investment statements are available on AccèsD?
To access it, go to the Overview page of your AccèsD session, then:
- Click on Statements and documents icon in the right-hand menu
- Select Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins
- Choose the Tax slips or Investment statements tab
If you haven't signed up to the online documentation, you just have to select the Online documents option.
Shareholder documentation
Relevé 26
Shareholders who purchase shares receive a Relevé 26 for income tax purposes. Slips are sent in mid-February for purchases made before December 31 and at the end of March for purchases made in January or February.
T5008 / RL-18 Slip
Shareholders who redeem shares during the year receive a T5008 / Relevé 18 detailing their securities transaction for income tax purposes.
Investment statement
Each year, investment statements for the periods ended February 28/29 and August 31 are sent to shareholders in mid-March and mid-September, respectively. These statements serve as share certificates.
Transaction notices
Shareholders receive a transaction notice by mail within 30 days following the transaction.
Annual general meeting
Included with the investment statements mailed out in mid-September, shareholders receive call for nominations documentation in preparation for the next election of directors at the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
Early in March, shareholders receive a notice to attend the annual general meeting and a form of proxy for those unable to attend but who wish to vote.
