ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins was held on Friday, March 26, 2010, at the Québec City Convention Centre.

Nominee profiles for candidates eligible to stand for election was sent to all shareholders in the mailing for the Notice of Meeting and was also available for consultation at the Annual General Meeting.

At that time, the shareholders elected two directors, Ms. Josée Fortin and Mr. Steeve Lepage, for a term of one year, or until such time as their successors shall be elected or appointed.
